You must be gutted bud...i use to have moto x bikes and they are proper tea leaf magnets ..There was avfew attempts at them being nicked but luckily I never lost one... a mate made me a heavy duty frame that the bike fitted into with 4 uncroppable locks you would have needed cutting gear to get it out plus I had dogs and alarms....check you local green lanes , waste land ect you might get lucky and catch some one on it...as for the police they ain't bothered.

The police will just get some junkie to say he done it and then it'll go down as case solved , then everyone will believe the old bill are doing a great job because the crime figures are going down lol

It's rife with the crossers.....

The best you can hope for is scNning the usual sites, gumtree etc for it coming up for resale in a few months time....by any chance do you have photos of the engine numbers

That is the bike, yamaha yz250, it is road legal so i have the engine/chassis numbers on the v5..

I feel your pain mate, had my KTM stolen whilst working nights, cnuts couldn't open the garage door so they came in thru the roof then opened the door from the inside! Rang the police and they didn't even come out all I got was a Crime Ref No!!

Cut a long story short I went round looking for all the little chav hang outs ( parks, shops ect ) put word out that i wasn't happy and I want the bike back and I ll find it one way or another, I am no wanna be hard man but 2 days later my bike is sitting on my driveway no questions asked!!

Classed as a Burglary non res, so its not a priority. The Old Bill don't get measured on their performance on these, only residential, so all resources are poured into that. Moral..keep your bike in the hall, or just tell them it was nicked from the hall :whistling::whistling:
