Blackbriar 8,569
The Bank of England is seeking public nominations for the next famous figure to grace our bank notes. The £20 note currently features the economist Adam Smith (so I'm told!) but the Bank would like a "visual artist" to take pride of place - from painters to furniture makers to sculptors - on the new note, which will go into circulation in the next three years or so. So........who do you think should be on the new 20 spot ? And why ? Edited May 21, 2015 by Blackbriar
