That's how he knows when that one died. Didn't seem at all bothered to be honest. I'm amazed that could go from a whole sheep to a skellington in 2 weeks. Quite often I have come across a dead fallow or water deer round here, and next day it is all hollowed out, and the day after just bones and a bit of skin. By the third day there is just a few of the biggest bones left, all crunched about and chewed, and some hair and that's about it. When you have foxes and badgers loading up all night, and ravens buzzards and red kites all day, plus magpies and crows, it's not surprising how quickly kit goes 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
