That is one of the reasons the ban may be lifted on the basis the law is unenforceable also police resources are being reduced so the wastage of helicopter flights 4 /5 or more cars tied up for hours

the vote is to repeal the ban. Not a modification of the ban. So if it gets repealed, then all rules are as before the ban, for fox, deer and hare

I'm not sure what people don't understand about a repeal. They think it's just gonna be hunting with hounds what comes back? Lol

Would there be a repeal in Scotland too? The ban was in place here a couple of yrs before England.

Unfortunately the majority up North of the Border voted for the SNP and they want more powers and laws for Scotland only and as the SNP are anti hunting,your up the creek without a paddle...haha ..only joking buddy,I ain't a clue what's happening lol

Im sure I read that the SNP were abstaining from the vote. which means that it stacks the result more in favour of the tory party. theoretically.

Yeh but it only takes is swift donation from LACS and Sturgeon could just change her mind, but it seems like there will be a vote on the matter sooner than we thought.

But their sport wasn't under threat then!

exactly it didnt affect them at that point so we stood alone. now the antis are hitting shoots and fishing is coming more under the spotlight. now we should all stand united? together? bit late for that i think?
