desertbred 5,490
That is one of the reasons the ban may be lifted on the basis the law is unenforceable also police resources are being reduced so the wastage of helicopter flights 4 /5 or more cars tied up for hours chasing lads for running a bit of fur, resources are tight and Chief Constables will have higher priority matters to allocate their reduced resources to and is hunting a serious criminal matter to warrant the attention and resources squandered on it, license it and get some much needed revenue generated. 9 Quote Link to post

day worker 296
Their are new laws coming regarding how many bass can kept by recreational anglers! The law is just uninforcable same as hunting. The amount of money it costs and the amount of manpower needed it just can't be policed what with all the police cuts! Quote Link to post
the monkey 338
The bass law came in on the 1st April, now you can only take three bass in twenty four hours If you are commercial you can take as many as you want .......madness 1 Quote Link to post

desertbred 5,490
Now angling is being subjected to the same unfair legislation as certain forms of hunting the more this happens the closer the day comes to total ban on all recreational sports that groups decide are not acceptable its coming close to a totalitarian state. Not a modification of the ban. So if it gets repealed, then all rules are as before the ban, for fox, deer and hare 2 Quote Link to post
