Sad but true mate,just sat here and thought what I would have been passionate about at 20 yrs old....all I could think of was Licensing hours and upping the speed limit I don't doubt shes a clever/well meaning kid.....but she is just that ,a kid

Don't judge everyone by your own standards. I know plenty of 40yr olds that shouldn't be in charge of a hamster. The average age of a WW1 infantry platoon commander was 19.

And this is why British politics will be stuck with these old duffers making decisions. Which lately have been catastrophic !

 

We moan about "normal" people getting involved in politics,and yet here we go "to young,no expierence" . Or would it have been easier for you if it had been an English lass?

 

I despise the snp and everything it stands for. But age isn't an issue if you can prove to conduct yourself in a good manner and do you're job well.
