Just A Thought

Class 1 and 2 ,never heard of that and i own both .The fact a man takes the time and energy to apply and is granted a firearm usually keeps him on the straight and narrow .Anybody achieving a log of bad comments isnt fit to own a water pistol anyway therefore is denied on renewal .Firearms laws are there for a reason .

I thought you would of been a bit more switched on than that, which bit do,nt you get,the classes of firearms or the intelligence file,if you owned both like me then you would probably be co terminus.my older brother had to take the police to court to get his licences back at a cost to him of ten grand after a few complaints of violence and shooting dogs killing his sheep and lambs, there was no witnesses in court and most was found to be hearsay,we both worked the club doors and although I was prosecuted many times for everything up to attempted murder I was never convicted and yet the police would try to block my application,no witnesses again just flimsy statement and hearsay,we have both seen our intelligence files kept by the firearms dept as they had to be produced as evidence, the court was told this is the norm and every person with a licence has one,if you have a grievance say with somebody then they can add to it every day and you would no nothing until your renewal or removal of your licence,if you associate with known criminals then that is the same and seen as poor judgement by yourself and again can be grounds for removal,I could go on and on as I have been licenced since I was 15 and am no stranger to trouble or the legalities of gun ownership, WM

Last year, we found on Facebook a little video with young foxes killed without respect. AFEVST had done his own enquirie. Master has been identified, he said he wasn't aware. The video was published by his nephew (15 years old). AFEVST decide to remove the certificat de vènerie of this master.

We must be exemplary.

A good example of licencing and self policing working for all even the prey thank you
That didn't work out for anyone. That is poor practice. Which of you started hunting before 15 years of age? You're telling me in this teen years you were a perfect sportsman? Yeah, right.

So now, the uncle, who knew nothing of what a normal 15 year old was doing can't continue as master and the 15 year old doesn't learn sportsmanship but is instead banned from the sport.

Are you saying you support the removal of your right to work terriers for what another man or boy does? Do you think anyone should have the right to tell you how to work your dogs?

if I have taken the person in to the feild as I have on numerous occasions not with terriers but with long dogs it is down to me to ensure they conduct them selves in the correct manor or they would not be out with me again you take em they your responsibility

His Master agrement has been removed. But they're still hunting with another master. Her dogs are still working, in the same places, and the young is out with them. Perhaps he'll become a great one.
They still hunt but they don't publish bloody pics on Facebook.
They have been judged by his fellows. It's far better than being judged by ignorants.
