Fukcing townie here's a picture he sent me of the swifts he was watching .......  

I have a serious attraction to old graveyards and churches, you've got the architecture, the history, the peace and quiet, what's not to like.

The ships doctor off the Titanic is in the graveyard of the Abbey in Bangor.......I just came across it walking round there a good few years back. It interested me.......but then again I am a boring

The king who burnt the cakes (can't remember his name and can't be bothered to google it either :tongue2: ) is buried in Waltham Abbey grave yard,Dixie deans is in the massive one in dudley,two points of useless info for you while were on the subject :laugh: ..

Its even more useless when its wrong :laugh: ..................The king who burnt the cakes is King Alfred......the King who is buried in Waltham Abbey is King Harold ;)

:laugh: I had to google the cake king myself.......but my daughter got married in Waltham Abbey church so i know that quite well :D

Pretty sure they dont know for sure where Harolds buried...or exactly where Alfred is either...a few years back i tried to find the grave of the boxer Jem Belcher...found it had been leveled and the headstones re rooted against the wall...made me mind up there and then...its cremation for me...and scattered on the hill with me dogs...never was a church person
