tomburras 2,730
Is it fuel starvation or air. Try new air filter if its not been changed in a while. I dont think you can plug a 300tdi into a diagnostics. is the exhaust smoking? No smoke at all and air filter not bad but going to change it.I've done every thing to it now from fuel lines to filters so thinking main injector pump? That's next thing I'd look at, they not bad to change. You can get a kit to hold your injector pump pulley so you don't have to strip the whole front timing case off to do it. jack lee 137
simple try could be to connect fuel can to intake on fuel filter, hold up high to allow fuel to feed filter by gravity, this elimates fuel pump and fuel lines and so isolating your problem, also try other side of filter houseing going directly to distributor pump, this will elimnates hair line crack in filter houseing, keep us posted mate
