Can't imagine what the people who make these complaints would do if there was a food shortage and what there next generations will be like being bred of these idiots.   We have pigs but two I think

Not against killing a pig, but too bring in tame pigs to the Island makes the programme a farce.

Halal, halal, halal. Animal welfare charities?. Hypocritical bstards.

From I was a kid I've had this issue of having to have something not many people have, instead of a guinea pig I had to have a ferret then instead of a chihuahua I had to have a pug.

I've wanted a pig since I can remember, all I wanted to begin with was a wee boar. Ended up with 2 sows, a boar (rest in peace wee man) and 23 piglets!

Had another boar, but let's just say he didn't make it - beast of a thing tried to murder me soooooooooo I.......

where did you keep them?

Are they easy to keep?

who me? If you mean me then they're kept outside, had wee man in the house for 2 weeks when he first came but the squealing every time we cooked drove me nuts.

They're easier to keep than a dog in my opinion 10x cleaner, will not shit in their beds - they will go to the farthest corner then go to toilet. But you need to watch folk out there selling 'mini pigs' which gro the size of an old spot or saddlebacks. I don't class mine as mini pigs I just call them a simple small breed pig. When people contact me asking if their micro or teacup I tell them in my opinion there's no such thing I can't control how big they'll grow.

Some eejits about!

We didn't think she'd have them naturally but the lurchers started going mental at 1.30am so I went out to see and look in - crapped myself when I saw this wee black thing scoot across the floor  I stayed with her helping all night till she finished at 4.30am.

Was a cold night!!!

the piglets left are in a medium size dog kennel, big pigs live in the 'barn' so don't need housing just straw.

They get out daytime and put in at feeding time, that's them in for the night but come summer they'll be in a pig sty when we finally get it built!!

They will dig they're pigs through and through so will turn over grass eat grass and probably certain plants but I don't have no plants cause the goat ate them :cray:

I can get the hold of my pigs but they don't like being lifted, ever hear the music in a horror film? That's what they sound like at feeding time and when you lift them.

Prices vary, I sold my first 3 for £80 but they were teeny tiny, although most people who sell them as micro pigs or fecking teacup pigs range from 100-300 all depends where you get them from. There's a man over the water who does really breed micro pigs. He is

Off on a bit of a tangent, bought half a saddleback for the freezer from a farmer up the road. They were kept in a small plot by t by e side of t by e road so sometimes I would drive past and see them growing and so I could explain to the kids where meat comes from. They understood even if they were cute looking. My Mrs on the other hand asked when we were out if I could do her a massive favour and not buy the half. I laughed and nearly pissed myself if we could not buy it and keep it in field. He made the tastiest sausages ever.

My mrs ended up being vegetarian out of it.........

For a whole day lol, it ended when I said I could rustle up some pasta and baked beans as I had cooked a bolognaise from scratch.

I get slapped if I ever bring the vegetarian spell up.

Mo,

Do you not think the little fella went nuts when you was cooking as he was shitting himself when he saw you do sausages.

And finally they should put vegetarians/animal libbers on the show see how long they last. Wankers.

Some of my S.B. was made into rosemary and thyme sausages, the nicest I have ever tastest and I've tried any type I come across. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

People complaining about killing animals for food. That level of stupidity alone theyd fall under the sterlized group if i run the country.

How I laughed, couldn't agree more.
