Converted Fridge

Hi lads,

 

Looking to converted a up right fridge in to a fridge to store deer( like a mini chiller) and was wondering if anybody has tried doing the same? I was thinking off using a old drinks fridge like they have in the shops?

 

Any ideas?

Thats exactly what ive done.

I got a fabricator to make up a bracket and bar it works a treat, and fits into the shelf part.

I can fet two roe or last year two of my pigs.

Had a coke fridge for a year or so and it did the job although the temperature was a bit erratic and I think it was on the blink - one deer I left for a few days was pretty much slow cooked! The condenser unit at the bottom acts as a bit of a step and stops them hanging propery as the neck rests on it but they will certainly do for a few days - for a prolonged hang you probably want a bit more space for the air around it really.
