Gnasher it wouldn't be right for a traveller to support a black man over one of their own

Oh thats how it works is it.......well thats fair enough why dont they just say that then !

Oh I think he's a good boxer, I've never said he wasn't, he can give it but can he take it the big question ?? Remember the hype around David price, remember am it Khan, AJ will be like them, similar to frank Bruno he'll get taken into deep waters and knocked out in his next 6 fights. Also what's infatuated mean?

Can i ask how you know that ?......have you ever seen him hard spar ?........... why constantly compare to other fighters Joshua is as individual as anyone else you cant say because Price/Khan/Bruno fought a certain way so will Josh thats just silly !.........you are talking as though your opinions are knowledge but they are not they are guesswork.

And also,Fury proved he has a brittle chin getting knocked over by journeymen do you class him as another Khan ?

 Bless ya Cushty.....im not a know it all when it comes to boxing i just say what i see and what experience tells me.....if you take offence at that then its hardly my fault that your infatuated with the Furys......for the 4th time of asking......what is it about Joshuas boxing you dont rate ?

Fury hasn't got the best set of whiskers either has he? Don't forget he was dropped by blown up Cruiserweight Steve Cunnigham who wasn't even a big puncher in that division.

A good pad man will make a fighter feel comfortable in throwing fast hard punches.......when you call the shots you musnt let him punch through you or block the punch but you have to virtually catch the punch......most trainers who are really good on the pads have been fighters themself so they know the general movement and footwork of a fighter and the workout becomes very rhythmic......as a pro theres nothing worse than a pad workout with someone whos not good on the pads.....without being big headed its something ive always been good at as its something that takes years to get that natural momentum and you just tweak it to suit the individual fighter....some fighters will ask for certain people to take them on the pads as they feel comfortable moving with them and they connect mentally.

This nonsense you see the likes of Mayweather do where he,s not even looking thats not padwork thats just rehearsed drills for the cameras......a good pad session should be sharp and intense that will focus on speed power distance movement combinations the lot.

Sorry didnt realise you was talking about for a kid......just stick with corresponding sides so that the lad gets the full turn of the punch....ie left jab to left pad....straight right to right pad etc.......and make sure you get your angles right or you,ll end up with a broken wrist :D ....just keep it simple.

The great Julio Cesar Chavez never did any pad work, Manny Steward mentions he learnt lots from working with the Mexican. He learnt all his skills from good sparring, IMO padwork is a little overrated as it is all rehearsed in someway as the pad man calls the shots beforehand, can't beat sparring.

It's guesswork yes I never said it was no different I might be wrong yes, fury has a suspect chin yes but I don't think it is as bad as people make out, if you watch the fight with Cunningham watch closely he takes the same overhand right a few rounds later exact same shot and takes it absolute fine, but journey man I guess your talking about pajick or what ever had is called but I can't comment as I've only ever watched that fight ones ages ago and never bothered to watch it agian, Steve Cunningham fight on the over hand I've played loads off times

Yeah but you're forgetting that Cunnigham wasn't even a big hitter at Cruiserweight, we've yet to see how both Joshua or Fury perform against someone their own heights yet also.

Nothing can beat sparring the same as nothing can beat a match for footballers.......but everything has its place and for getting your eye in,for getting your accuracy and distance......nothing can beat a live body in front of you.........Mexicans and pad work doesnt go hand in hand they want to close distance not create it :D

No not a big hitter your right, but he took the same shot like it wasn't anything later on in the fight, I think he he was just caught of balance more than anything beacuse he wasnt hurt at all and got up more worried aboutulling his shorts back up time will tell with fury and time will tell with Joshua, but if the pair thought anytime soon I know who my ild bet my life of and it wouldn't be AJ

The fight might happen sooner than thought, I've yet to see how Joshua looks against a tall opponent before I make an opinion on who would win in the pair. I'd put money on it though if Joshua lands it's over for Tyson.

I think you are mad. Don't get offended. Just hear me out.

Fury has got a suspect chin, and takes lots of shots on the chin that don't always hurt him. How on earth a guy with that reach gets tagged as much as he does against much shorter opponents is another debate.

AJ avoids getting hit. AJ has ALOT more power.

AJ is clearly in much better nick.

Now if I had to bet my life on one of the fighters it would be AJ.

Equally if I HAD to fight against one of them then I would choose to get in with fury.

I aren't anti Tyson fury. I am a boxing fan. Particularly a fan of the heavyweights.

I can't see any logical reason to favour fury out of the 2 men.

I think if Joshua lands it would be over for most in the division, like to see how Wach handles Joshua's power and could be a good fight for him. If Tyson beats klitchko there will be a massive fight between AJ and fury which could probably sell out Wembley

Have you ever heard the expression " caught cold ".....very often a fighter will be caught early on and be shaken by a punch that later on in the fight doesnt have the same effect......look at Amir Khan for example particularly against Maidana where he stopped some heavy shots late on......the same shots that earlier in the fight had him all over the show.

Joshua wont be fighting Fury anytime soon......its worth keeping realistic that was Joshuas 13th pro fight.......Furys 13th pro fight was against somebody called Zack Page,a 38 year old cruiserweight who had already lost 40 odd fights ;)

Let him grow and develop and if they both carry on winning its a big fight down the line on the world stage......at the moment its just a big domestic fight.
