Alsteds 2
Hi all I've got a wellsummer cock that's just over a year old who's toes have started to curl under on one foot. I've done a bit of googling and think it might be curly toe paralysis. He seems fine in himself, eating, crowing and shagging as usual. The things I've read have mainly concerned chicks or young birds so was wondering if anyone knows if it occurs in adult birds? Also as the whole flock are on the same food is it typical for just one bird to suffer? If he is deficient will his toes go back to normal or are the symptoms irreversible? I'm going get some supplement anyway and see how he goes but just thought some of you more experienced people may have any advice. Thanks in advance.
