FUJI 17,327 Posted May 5, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2015 I had my alarm set for 4.30am Paul so I was out and about on the fells within an hour..never seen a soul each day I went out,I've also got a trail cam set on a badger sett so see if that brings any pics worth looking at lol,will leave it a couple more days,I set it on Friday so hopefully summat but then again its maybe been found and reclaimed haha 1 Quote Link to post

FUJI 17,327 Posted May 5, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2015 This was my hike yesterday,nothing to far but it was tiring on the old legs especially my knees up and down those hills lol..I done a bit further than this as you can see I never switched the GPS thingy on until I'd done about half a mile..back on flat ground today haha.. FUJI 17,327 Posted May 5, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2015 good pics fuji as always pal what gps you using i want one see how far i walk on a night I have a garmin GPS tracker bud but very rarely use it,I should coz it might just save your life it gives all relevant info,altitude,co-ordinates has a compass built in the whole shebang,tell you how far you've walked the lot but I just use Mapmyhike a free app for your phone,real good,easy to use and does the job mate..and thanks folks for the comments,I always seem to manage to see stuff on my hikes out wherever I am ? I weighed him about a year ago lol and he was 70lb ..not sure exactly what he is now? Probably heavier coz he has a back on him like a coffee table..old Swift was 65lb hard fit a couple of years ago and she too is currently overweight so she will be about 70lb too..big strong bitch she is and Boots is no skeleton with a duster threw over him either for a Saluki type ? ..your pup will make heavier in my opinion,I like it I do Quote Link to post
