What's My Gun Worth?

Recommended Posts

As the title says!

I've been toying with the idea of selling my air rifle because I just don't use it but really don't know what sort of a price to put on it.

It's a .22 BSA Scorpion T-10. It's in very good condition as it's been looked after and it's had a tench regulator fitted and been serviced and tuned by XTX Air.

It also has on it a sak silencer, Edgar brothers bipod and Hawke varmint II 4-16x44 AO.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Thanks lads. Moxy, I've looked and there being advertised at about that for standard ones, I'd of thought it would be a bit more with the regulator? That not the case?

It's only worth what someone's willing to pay mate. You may fetch a little more with the work done and upgrades but it's a second hand rifle at the end of the day.

Advertise it higher than what you believe it to be worth and accept bids until your happy.

Check out what they are fetching on gunstar.

You can spend a fortune on a rifle new then the same again after that but it dose not mean its worth more

what may stand you a grand, may only be worth half that

but thats shooting for you

Yes I know mate, I've said that myself anyway that it's only worth what someone's willing to pay, I was just after a general idea really. Think I will sell it anyway. Thanks for the replies

Definite sale for 400 id say. The thing with custom reg'd set ups like these is there needs to be a want for it and with a little drop in asking price, it helps get attention and such. I've found the scorpions don't sell that well anyway, it's always R10's and Ultras that seem to be more popular. I sold my standard Scorpion SE for 450.

In a way your in a good position for selling.
