Bsa Ultra Se .177 Bolt Action

Just wondering how i can find the best sweet spot pressure wise using some help. Ive got various pellets and with different skirt size just keep getting groups then it moves slightly. New to pcps would really appriciate some help if possibly. Cheers guys

Dont know of the BEA Ultra myself, but if its similar to the BSA Ultra, Id go 180 bar and then you should be bang on. I think they can take a 232 bar fill, but it would be made to do that. My old Scorpion was filled to 190 and it was sweet then.

Sorry predictive text, yeah its a bsa ultra se bolt action lovely rifle. Would it be worth getting my local rfd to do a chrono / string test? To find out the best pressure etc? Idealy id like to meet up with davy or simon pitaway but cant get hold of them

190- 180 should be the sweet spot , some of the new BSA barrels prefer the bigger head size .

Try JSB heavies they seem to be very good in BSA barrels.
