bowburnbandit 20 Posted April 30, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 it was different but i enjoyed it. the wife has been going mad for ages about the amount of unidentified meat in the freezer so thats how i ended up with the combo. hare is a really love hate thing but i think thats a lot about how it is cooked in the first place, i always find people seem to kill game by cooking it way too long. i bleed the hare as soon as i kill it, makes it taste much better in my opinion then as i said pan fried fairly hot and fairly fast, salt pepper and garlic. below are the first lobsters out of the batch... we ate them on the campsite, couldn't wait until we got home Quote Link to post Share on other sites
