I imagine foreigners, like the Ozzies and the Brit either don't realise what the sentence is for that crime in that country or are just too stupid to think that they will be prosecuted if caught.

 

I like to think of it as natural selection... I hope the Foreign Office aren't wasting too much resource on it.

 

Times change eh BH, when Queen victoria and the jewish merchants were making vast fortunes by exporting opium to China and the Chinese executed a few merchants because of the devastation it was causing on their people, they sent the Royal navy over and forced the drug on them, no public expense spared, and never any apology........suppose it depends who's doing it

 

Not that i'm defending any drug smuggler, got what they deserve, lets just not forget these scum come in all guises.

Not sure that's case born,,,,I think most of know,,,those South East Asian country's are hard on drug trafficking ,,,most of them have death penalty,,,or 30 year stretches ,,,,me and the family went to Hong kong a few year back,,,,I was paranoid as feck about our cases,,getting tampered with

Yeh it's fcuking scary!!!.......me & my mate got a little bit of dope off some Nepalese guys in Hong Kong, a few days later we were flying to Bangkok.....even though I'd binned what was left before we went, I kept checking & rechecking my luggage! Haha......I was still fcuking sweating as we landed in Bangkok hahaha......

Do you expect me to change my opinion because the British empire had an opium trade? LOL. We traded slaves and committed genocide too..... I'm not about to apologise for or defend either of those practices either.

Yes, the same people that ran the opium trade ran the slave trade, and committed genocide when it suited them, thanks for pointing that out BH.

You do hear of some stupid idiots I mean it's not like they dint know it was the death penalty they were just trying too get rich quick but in All fairness I just don't see why they don't leaglise the stuff claim the fecking tax off the junkies they get every thing else free why not tax them for the things they get addicted too all the smokers have too pay the high tax for tobacco all the drunks have too pay the tax on beer why not on the class a drugs
