Don't think so......I think a carp would struggle to pull the trigger without hands...?

My friend had a terrier that would fetch stones from about 4-5'. It would almost drown itself chasing ducks and diving after them. Also had quite a few incidents with Geese etc. To be honest it were a nuisance.

 

Was that fish in a swimming pool? Poor fecker was probably on its way out, can't see a dog being able to grab a fit healthy fish, especially a cat fish.

A man who breeds a very well known line of Bull Crosses had a dog that would run into a shallow lake an always fetch a lump of a fish out, hella dog!

I might be wrong, but I seen on here YouTube a dog jump in to the water to get a shark out which was caught on a line, I think the dog looked like bullx or bullmastiff or something like that type , it was fawn colour anybody still got the link .?

I have a dog here that caught and retrieved a 2lb trout out of the margins of Witton castle lakes witnessed by the bailiff and another fisherman. Same dog also landed a couple sea trout for me.

I plan to put some pictures of him doing this on here this year.

cool , are the fish hooked first?
