BGD 6,436
A really interesting topic that will no doubt turn into page upon page of QuaterBull's preaching I actually knew someone that had one of these silver foxes as a pet. The domestication process didn't do much to help with the stink
Truther 1,579
I went from that vid to two dog evolution vids, genetically very different, multiple separate domestications, a lot of proof against dogs coming from one source, at one time.

shepp 2,285
Great example of how, all the dogs in the world came from a common DOG ancestor of noahs ark, big variety within the DOG kind ( micro evoloution) as he calls it, in a short space of time, good experiment! :-) Nothing to do with Noah's Ark mate, due to that being just a 'make believe' story. Whereas micro evolution explains it and micro evolution as science has proved is just evolution on a shorter time frame. Let's not get fairy stories mixed up with science please.
Quarter bull 240
Micro evoloution, ie variety of kind backs the creation model, dogs bringing forth after their kind, with lots of variety, but still a dog,,, thats science shepp, on the other hand lets not get molecules to man, darwinism, fairytale, mixed up with proper science. Q,, if you bred dogs for a million years, do you think they would change from dogs, to something different, even tho weve seen no change in 4000 odd years? leethedog 3,071
Boys boys boys play nice now lol
neems 2,406
'micro evolution' is evolution. dogs have changed in 40,000 years,do you think there were yorkshire terriers back then? and wait another 40,000 they'll have adapted even more, give it a few million years and they probably wont even be dogs anymore. does that really not make sense to you? no-ones suggesting a chimp gave birth to a human. Quarter bull 240
No it doesnt make sense to me me i can see alot of variety, but i cant see a dog changing from a dog to say a cat, or in between, thats just fairytale to me, What are you suggesting then ...... Have a look at the chart at 16:40 ish. Primates split about 87 million years ago from the same branch as dogs, bears, cats, genetics don't lie mate, unlike books written by men
Quarter bull 240
Yeah your right truther, genetics dont lie,,, here a genetic question for you,,, if two different " species" can manage to mate,,,,like tiger an lion,,,,or donkey an mule,,,,,,,the offspring are sterile,,,even tho their genetics an chromosones are very similar, so howd does evoloution get pass this infertile barrier,,,,look at God thread mate
Truther 1,579
If genetics get separated for millions of years and mutate in the meantime the original stock could be way different, i doubt much would have survived without the ability of genes to mutate and adapt. Its one experiment we can't do, unless its done by thousands of generations of us, but when you think the Earth's only 6,000 years old non of that makes any sense does it? Quarter bull 240
Ah ah your assuming again mate, lol you never answered proven scientific fact that there offspring are sterile, how does evoloution get round that, plus mutation is a loss of information, an that. Cant be passed on, it cant even happen unless you get passed the first question, which i doubt you can lol

There's multi-generation lion/tiger hybrids and in the reptile world all hybrids are fertile, you get some insane 5-way hybrid snakes.
