No it's not. It's an example of domestication and evolution through selective breeding. It does nothing to prove evolutionary time lines or family trees or have anything at all to do with a mythical ark.

 

The entire point in the experiment was to explain why certain behavioural traits show up in domesticated animals which could not be understood with simple evolutionary theory. The experiment helped to define the finer details of evolution theory, not creation.

Changing a population genetically through environmental selection IS evolution. And you implied creation when you mentioned Noah.

 

You did not 'merely state' there is a lot of variety within dog kind. You said "Great example of how, all the dogs in the world came from a common DOG ancestor of noahs ark", which is completely wrong. You've made a very poor analysis of the experiments results.

 

What it is a great example of is how a species changes genetically through domestication. Evolution through selective breeding.
