MoChara 1,632
Hello, Used to keep Game Ducks a long time ago. Great they were, and layer well too. I like Geese, and kept a few Aylesbury. Call Ducks are bonny wee things, if I had more space some of those would be kicking around. Would like to see some Game and Call Ducks if anyone has pics please. Good thread Mo :-) Atb oh geese always been frightened of them since I was a kid.. Was out fishing with my dad when I was really young, was standing at waters edge and here comes a big Canadian goose attacked me I run and it jumped on my back. Put the fear of god into me, never went near a goose since.(It's funny now but not at the time ) But I hate being scared of anything so I have plans to get a couple of just hatchers to bring up myself but not done it as of yet but it's in the pipeline

MoChara 1,632
Still protecting / guarding the piglets. Been doing this since the night they were born. When the sow was out the ducks went over and lay with them
MoChara 1,632
Leant incubator out few weeks back for a duck hatch.. I gave her a few of my magpie eggs to stick in just to fill it up really. The girl hatched out 2 of our wee magpie ducks Seen them 2 nights ago for first time, they're very cute. She's holding on to them as well as a couple of khakis that's hatched too, be great to see them as they grow! I'm a granny now
