Nobody can deny media bias. Ukip didn't even feature in a lot of BBC charts and info. But there's nothing lefty about the result. Fingers crossed for single party leading . give the government a bit of clout and no excuses for not coming through on promises made. Hunting ban and EU for starters!

what exactly did he promise on the hunting ban,,hes no excuse now.

Promised a free vote in the HoC on a full repeal of the hunting ban if he got a majority ;)

no excuses now then,,,bombard him with petitions, lol

Too right Pat. Even if he does come through with a free vote the MPs still have to vote the right way so it won't be all beer and skittles.

The conservatives need another 8 seats out of the 19 yet to declare to gain an overall majority of 323 seats. At the moment they are on 315 seats and the Lib dems have 8 so another coalition could be on the cards.

Farage said he's never felt happier, with a 'big weight off his shoulders.....' I guess he's walking then?

I doubt they could replace him with anyone convincing.....

Conservatives have played a blinder hold back giving scots what they were promised knowing it would hurt labour more than tories then scare the english about the snp to stop floating/undecided voters that that maybe would of voted lib/lab or ukip to vote tory to stop snp having too much power in Westminster
