undisputed 1,664
Not the best result but at least that moron milliband won'tt have a say in the running of our country. Not so big talk now eh Ed? Aye cause Cameron and Co were doing a sterling job eh!
desertbred 5,490
Ukip got what they deserved feck all So the 3 million people who voted UKIP aren't worthy of representation ? 3 milllion votes translates into 1 or 2 seats. How is that democratic ? A smaller number has secured DUP 7 or 8 seats. Over a million people voted Green, what about them ? UKIP lost accept it, it looks as though the erst while Farage will also be gone.

We're well shot of them for 5 years whoever gets in power.

My point is a general one - millions of people are actually unrepresented by the 'first past the post' system. I predicted wholesale leadership changes 2 or 3 weeks ago..............and I still am ! Best result really although I still would have liked to see a con/UKIP partnership. Red Ed can now go and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Accip74 7,112
Unsurprising result really.......at least now conservatives will have to start taking 100% accountability, rather than continuously snivelling about the previous lot.......& ukippers can claim the consolation prize! haha.... ......but as Morrissey once sang....."what difference does it make.............."
