mole trapper 1,693
I'm having a bit of a crisis with a piddly little domestic job locally, broke my cardinal rule of accepting payment before finishing the job because the owners were going back to London. Now I'm paying the price!, so I've used duffus, Fenn, trap line, talpex and this damned mole has rumbled me every time. I'm so annoyed at myself for taking the damned payment up front. Really don't want to admit defeat and go along with the shotty, it's just too much of an affront to my pride. So as a last ditch resort has anyone got a pair of putange that I can buy please? Can't get any off the bay at present or directly from France. Cheers, Jamie. Quote Link to post
J Darcy 5,871
Get a Beagle slapped in!!!! Can you post a piccy of the situation...someone might have an idea. In what way is the mole not getting caught? Is it avoiding the trap or disturbing the trap? 1 Quote Link to post

Never ever take money upfront. 1 Quote Link to post
talpa 55
I'm the same as you about payment, it always gives me the jitters if they even offer to pay befor eI'm finished. If they are not there for the last visit I tell them to put a cheque in the post or bacs it.. Quote Link to post
Nicepix 5,650
I've recently had two jobs paid up front, recommendations by their neighbours who I'd worked for. I can't find a bloody mole to trap in either garden. I've already trapped them in the next door's garden. Morale dilemma Quote Link to post

Nicepix 5,650
Take a couple out the freezer? Cheers, D. Neither customer is at home. I get loads of jobs to clear holiday homes while the owners are away. I insist that they arrange for someone to call around after I've done to confirm that it is clear. Not be a problem with these jobs. Quote Link to post
