, if cramp comes on stretch the muscle by standing on tiptoes and doing the john cleese funny walk you have to stretch it out

Are you a sadist :D ...for cramp in the calf i cant think of anything worse than standing on your tip toes....it will just make it ten times worse !

Indian tonic water contains quinine, I drink a couple of glasses a week , seems to work

 

I got quinine tablets from the doctor for cramp, not needed them for an age though thankfully, get it rarerly these days.

plenty of exercise Raymondo, and water to go with it, i contort my whole body summat shocking first thing every morning, :laugh: followed by lots of water, works for me, very rare i ail owt, failing that, full leg amputation :laugh:
