air gun ant 1,666
Has the tourer turned in to a static already mate? Lol if there's deer in the woods and there's good fodder and little to no disturbance, you might see them at first and last light, but if you can, have a walk through the wood and look for the slot and other signs? Better to go to where they are than wait for them to come to you? Atb Ps Only a novice myself when it come to deer so I could be talking bull lol Quote Link to post

Yokel Matt 918
I've heard they're quite partial to molasses, I went stalking with a chap one time who kept a few litres in the truck which he laced a few likely areas. Only about 80p a kilo / litre I think he said and it did seem to work. Some also rate aniseed concentrate although it's not my bag at all, can't stand the stuff. I was up in Scotland a few years ago with Foxdropper and instead of a few drops poured the bottle in an area upwind from the seat. The smell was so strong I was sick over the high seat rail... And still never saw a deer. The only thing I've ever seen use the block licks are badgers! 1 Quote Link to post

Skull Hooker 185
Get a plastic tub of peanut butter, and bore a hole in the centre of the lid. Screw the lid to a tree at deer feeding height. Cut the bottom off the tub of peanut butter then screw it into the lid on the tree. Cheap portable deer attractant. Do a few trees in the vicinity to give em a choice and obviously in places you want to photo them in. Sun Pat works well and so does Tesco's own Quote Link to post
