how do use guys walk upto the squaters i normly go face 2 face or try and get inbetween where home is and the rabbit but sum of my mates go ars up ????
i dont walk up to sqatters ..thats what the dog is for  put the beam on the bunny and let the dog do the walking  ....unless you are talking about a young dog .....then i dont really walk to close ..i usally sqeak to get the rabbits attention if you sqeak quitely the rabbit will more than likely prick its ears up ...just enough noise to get the bunnies attention without scaring the fooker off ...this slight movment is usally enough for the dog to see it .....then scream at the top of your voice GEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDD OOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN....:laugh::laugh: .......fer fooks sake give the bunny a chance .... .....

millet i havent got a motor that will do the ton ... :hmm: .......but i have trained it to sit on the bonnet off the motor so when i get close enough i just hit the brakes and he slides straight off on the arse on the bunny .. 8) ............ :pardon:

unless its a pup it shouldn't mater how far away it is the dog should run the lamp to it, If it is a stupid distance then the lamp shouldn't be on the rabbits that are so far out anyway, whats the point, lamp only as far as the dog will run-out.

i flick the lamp on and off till im happy with the distance then i leave the beam to one side of the bunnie, this normaly stops it running to the side of the beam, i put it where i think he has more of a chance, then when i know the dog has seen it i slip, other than that, squeek till it moves, :victory:
