Bleedin things are getting on my nerves now making it hard to eat have five of them in my mouth, does anyone know a quick way of getting rid of them it seems every time I get hit in the mouth or jaw area My mouth explodes with them, tried salt washing and all sorts, anyone else get them or know how to get rid of quickly ? Thanks CJ

What do you do to get hit in the mouth area so often?

Boxing

Might be a silly question but do you keep your mouth guard properly clean? The ulcers could be bacterial? :hmm:

Good you thought of that beacuse I don't think I clean it as often as I should In fact I Probally haven't cleaned it in months will probally make sure I do from now on
