Cedric 132
I've been out testing my Anshutz 1417 and Ruger 10/22 against each other for accuracy.. Not the best of conditions, gusty wind and a bit of rain. 25 yards - not much in it; 50 yards - a bit more in favour of the Anshutz but at 100 yards a considerable difference. Bearing in mind the scope on the Ruger is not really good enough for my old eyes. However, what was surprising was the difference in drop at 100 yards. I aimed spot on, not using any mildots and expected quite a drop. The Ruger dropped 9 1/2" and the Anshutz only 7", exactly same conditions. Any ideas? Quote Link to post
