bunnyboiler 1,053 Posted April 11, 2015 Report Share Posted April 11, 2015 Brought them about two years ago and recently started having trouble turning the box on and off had to use a lot of pressure on the on /off button to get it working well two weeks ago the collar would not charge so I gave them a bell and they said post them back and we will see what we can do got a call a day after saying there was a faulty switch on the box so we will send you a brand new one and the collar needs a new battery and will sort it for £20 as its out of warranty got them today brand new box as they said and the collar looks as good as new with a new casing on so big ? to B+F 8 Quote Link to post

I had bought an old type ortovox, it been lying in the drawer for years after it stopped working right, the man and the company were a bad out fit and wanted all kind of money just to look at it, etc, fix.
