Had myself a few days up Scotland this week,took Boots & Ruby along for company lol..Went up to Mallaig first then onto the Isle of Skye then spent time around Fort William,Glencoe and also Rannoc

Stunning it just goes to show how diverse the British country side is . I live south coast and love the West Country and promised myself I'm going to do the 3 peaks with dogs this year ( my 40th year ) real fantastic photos again Andy

Was up at lochgoilhead there for a few days never had a dog with me though but might the next time there's some nice walks up there

Where abouts is that buddy?

Up past Loch Lomond to the rest and be thankful turn left and follow the single track road , my in laws have just got a caravan there so it's handy for me getting a wee holiday

Good pics fuji....i love isle o Skye..i would stay there in a heart beat

I actually gave a lift to a girl who had been to her dads house and he lived on a tiny island off the Isle of Skye,he kept a goat for milk,chickens for eggs..his only lifeline was a rowing boat to Elgol on Skye and then the shop was another 15 miles away!!! He had sold his home in Devon to live there..she told me the snow had just gone last week and the day after it dispersed they had a proper hurricane to deal with!! It cannot be easy and even a hillbilly like me would find it hard to give up what little luxuries I have to live like that but fair play to him,he loves it and said he will die happy on there..I will stick to my occasional visit I think haha..
