Prefer bitch they more in tune with everything , it’s just the seasons that’s a downer , dogs are air heads don’t think like bitches will add if you get a dog that works it out then that’s the good one

Spot on my limited experience I came to the same conclusion 

Then met someone with a lot of experience and he said along the the lines of " bitches like to serve you where as dogs like to serve themselves "

How often do they pop up in a litter though, I've obviously been unlucky with the dogs I have owned.

i don’t know mate luck a draw ain’t it lucky i only had one dog pup in  litter i had its turning out sound just like the sire gears fast good mouth real easy to get on with it does happen lol

I have never owned a dog, always had bitches, I sometimes wonder if I am missing something by not even looking at the dog pups when I look at a litter.

I reckon whoever said a good dog is best of them all is dead right. Dont fuss me too much what i pick i try n pick what i like but rather a dog ideally.

I suppose it must be mine was real good in house with people but in the field was a pain in the arse would give you the look and piss off lol

Had both & id always have a bitch now if I’ve got the choice. Saw a couple of good dogs but most of the real good ones I’ve seen have been bitches, find that I get on better with them as well, more loyal & easier to train
