Read a bit of history, think you'll find that successive governments both Labour and Tory signed us into the various treaties and agreements that constitute the mess that is the modern EU.. The Maastict treaty was what turned that into the EC, the forerunner of the EU and I think you'll find it was Major who was PM when that was signed. Then there was the Lisborn treaty that Labour signed. Who took a very large contribution from the League Against Cruel Sports as a financial incentive to do so. They were also responsible for the hand gun ban. I cant for the life of me understand why anyone on this forum with the smallest amount of sense would vote Labour. This is apart from the fact they will destroy the UK financially. Remember this is the party who openly admitted that they allowed immigration to go un checked, why because it suited them, get more people in the country living off benefits or low wages and who's the party you are going to vote for?? You just live in the wrong part of the country, if you stood up in a pub round here and spouted about being a tory people would consider you just above a nonce......maybe? The two go together anyway. All the parties want immigration, its gone up under the tories this time ffs. "labour will destroy the country financially" should come round here and have a look mate, its allready f***ing happened. Oh and because of that bl**dy Thatcher stealing milk and closing pits, blah blah blah "closing the pits blah blah blah" Obviously you don't understand what that actually means to the communities round here, along with destroying the steel industry its killed the area, i wouldn't advise making comments like that in a mining community, sorry ex mining community. I used "nonce" to get across the feeling for the tories, i wasn't saying "all tories are nonces" although its looking like plenty of them are, heath, hague, britton, clark........all been accused, but being suppressed at the moment, cabinet re shuffle so close to an election lmao........shuffling the nonces out. Seems your biggest worry is hunting bans and handgun bans under labour, the tories haven't done anything about that have they, like immigration, the have forced people into low paid jobs, and working people into food banks, and then to add insult to injury given the rich big tax breaks, as well as the cheap labour, i could go on. If the tories brought new decent jobs, cut immigration, and sorted the NHS, education and other things out, people would vote for them no doubt about it, after all that's what politicians jobs are all about as far as i know? They don't get votes because they're a bunch of elitist c**ts who keep the majority on the bread line, and have widened the divide between rich and poor back to 1930's levels. Not hard to work that one out is it? The red flag was first raised during the Merthyr uprisings when the low paid had enough of living in poverty and poor conditions. Labour and the Unions done a lot to ensure those type of conditions became a thing of the past, and life has improved considerably. The type of people who would have worked down the mines, factories and other industry still exist, and they are the people who Labour should still be looking out for. Not the layabouts, not the immigrants, not the minorities. By staunchly refusing to even consider an in/out EU referendum they are kicking the working man in the face. People are fed up of having their towns inundated by foreigners who drive the cost of wages down, take jobs and make the cost of living difficult. Thats the only reason they're reaching out to UKIP..
