ianm 2,594
A couple of weeks ago i bought a fac BSA R10 as i have aquired some permisions for squirrels in woods. I have been experimenting with various pellets and settled on Crosman premiers ultra magnums 14.3 grn. I have also put a couple of squirrel feeders out and i decided i would go and give it a bash this morning. In 2 1/2 hours i managed to shoot fifteen squirrels and a jay, however i only found thirteen and i dropped one of them out of my bag on the way back. 4 Quote Link to post
Rimfireboy! 1,463
Great stuff Ian, what's the R10 running at? Can't beat a bit of squirrelling. Did you shoot them all on the feeders? thanks for sharing fella. Edited March 25, 2015 by Rimfireboy! Quote Link to post
ianm 2,594
With the crosmans it's running about 28ftlbs, i think i only shot three directly off the feeder the rest where either on the ground under the feeder or in the tree the feeder is attached to. Quote Link to post

No i didn't, i know they are supposed to be good but just too rat like for me They haven't been wasted though, as they make good fox fodder. kenj 131
Mine end up in game pie with pigeon and rabbit. Skin them just like a rabbit, taking just the saddle and legs. Quote Link to post
