Not too sure what the price was mate didnt catch the whole show. Some the other jobs theyve made em do on the series have been amazing money though. People act like a bumch of lazy fannys aswell but guess thats why they got them on.

Used to do it at the weekend when I was 15, had a good little round once a fortnight, mostly old folks. All indians round there now, and going by the ones there then, they aint worried bout the state of their windows..

A few years later I gave a mate a hand who was keeping a round going for a fella who was a caddy for a women pro golfer, So when he was caddying we was squeegying & scrimming! Was a good crack, my mate drunk all his wages!

Was 4 or 5 days a week and finished early doors, so part time really, mostly domestic but some businesses. This was in an area that had lots of housing estates popping up, so as they built them the round got extended.

Funny enough was doing a little pest control job the other day and she asked me if I knew any window cleaners, passed the number onto a mate, but I know he aint rung her, no big deal, but might give her a call.. got a squeegy for the shower floor.

Watch this space, confessions of a window cleaner pt 2.

They're the jobs we want trench foot mate

He doesn't think so. twice the dogs have held him at bay up the ladders for the afternoon. And the collie pulled his door handle off the last time he forgot to let me know he was coming

I own a window cleaning business we have a min charge of £10 that is based on standard semi if they have a conny we add £5 to that,Started on the ladder now using pure water reach poles you can charge higher prices because you are offering a full package to the custy as we come fully insured and CRB checked no damage to the house like you get with ladders etc.Half these guys on ladders are not paying tax and wont have insurance either so if they fall they can and will claim from you!!

We cover nursing homes schools and anything with glass internal cleans gutters upvc restoration work also.

1 man can earn 200 a day domestic no problems some days 600 in the day 2 men on commercial work.

I have built the round up and also bought a lot of work.

Just remember price does vary from north to south (im in the north) also my grandad was a windy too back in the 80s he was charge £4 a house prices go up 2 pints and a bag of crisps is a tenner now so whats that a month to keep yer house looking well
