Quick Question - Is This Normal

Recommended Posts

We'll long story short doctor sent me to a&e yesterday under urgency. They done tests etc took a lot of blood samples.

Today my arms is dead could barely put my hair up in bobble this morning, the injection site itself is very tender and bruised - ok that's happened before but the dead arm is very weird. Right from bicep to wrist.

New doctor so I'll not be ringing him to ask the day cause the bugger had me rit off yesterday scared the wits out of me over dramatised things (I know just precautions) but even so I'd rather not ring yet.

Soo. I thought I'd test THL knowledge :D

didn't really want to waste his time on silly dead arm thing I'm sure he's more important things to sort out lol - hence thought I'd waste all yours :D

Nah but I'm glad he did send me now, was abit cross as I had to sit 4 and 1/2 hours in busy a&e sick as a dog. But end of day if he didn't sent me I could of been a lot sicker. Although was surprised he said what he said my normal doctor would be the opposite try's not to worry you but he was right in there

Even the emergency doctors got a bit baffled.

Original doctor think I had this if a anyone's heard of it? Acute nephritic syndrome

 yes yes I'm on it

Yes your right it's something about kidneys and blood. Although hospital docs couldn't find anymore evidence to support my family doctors theory. Said something about a virus of some sort.

So was sent home with nothing more than a lot less blood

Ok that was quick got a call back -

Diagnosis is - It's 100% normal  said people effects differently after getting blood took. So apologised for calling him to check incase he'd of been busy with other patients.

He wasn't too pleased with other docs when he asked what happend and I told him they couldn't really support his original diagnosis and that I came away with nothing at all even for the dehydration.

Gnash you may have just caused a bull bate with my doctors  just kidding!
