The forces covenant should be extended to include immunity to civilian prosecution for acts perpetrated in times of conflict, all trials of serving military personnel should be conducted by a military court and not influenced by politics.

time ambulance chasers and human rights lawyers were forced to pay back costs out of their own pockets when they lose, might make the feckers think twice before chancing their arm at someone elses expense in the hope of winning, I`d go as far to say that all no win/ no fee cases should go up to a panel to see if it was justified to go to court first, that alone would (or should) lead to a drop in motor insurance rates if there is a way to weed out the speculative claims rather than insurance companies just writing out a check as its cheaper than looking into a claim

It's a very grey area Paulus as politics has been dragged so far over the line into conflict and war that is no longer a case of defending it's a case of not agreeing and trying to kick start a failing economy - all politically driven.

If lads stopped joining up till they were given the backing they need things might change .

Obviously won't happen but why join a Army who's leaders will shit on you ?

When has the MoD not systematically shit on it's service personnel?

Got soldiers coming back unable to get a job where hate preachers can freely radicalise c**ts while claiming of the country they wish to destory. Oh and did i mention how wealthy that criminal tony blair is? Saw a photo of one of his houses the other day more like a castle.
