Tea Time Sorted

Recommended Posts

I'm gutted I didn't get down my local beach for the razors!

razor fish is lovely if cooked right imo. Either flash fryed in a wok or deep pan or slowly cooked in a stew or soup . I find if not cooked properly it becomes very chewy and stringery. A bit like squid realy.

to be honest I've never tried them I just collect them for bait!

that's right yesterday was the lowest one. We saw sand banks here that I never saw dry before. And the weather was great for walking the shore.
