Mk1 Terrier Locator

Recommended Posts

lol..........I remember when the Knocker Box was considered THE new technology and some thought it was just a way to spend more money, which wouldn't catch on. Those guys preferred to use the more technical Cap on the Ground, a half inch thick 4ft long Bar and a quiet digging partner.......lol. I have been known to use a mk1 15ft Ferret Transmitter on a Dog Collar, now and then. Use with Ferrets and Terriers that way, so cost effective to have as a standby.

I still use mine 15ft one every season never let me down

Very accurate but also very unreliable, let you down in a heart beat. What i did like about them was when you were just about to break through to a terrier you could pin-point exactly where the dog was in a second.

I have used bellmen and Flint , always two foot off the mark meanly to one side, so I stick to nocker box in my lads rugby sock so i can walk round without bending and spot on every time (getting on at bit lol)

just a honest question so.you.dog has 2 collars on?
