Eat less + work out more = weight loss   Been saying it for years. Apparently I'm lacking in empathy and compassion, and its never a fat person's fault that they are fat...

I follow the whole food diet.........             the whole packet of biscuits, the whole bottle of Coke, the whole packet of popcorn........

Bet you could turn over a profit if you opened one of those near gyms all over? Trying to think of any other place that only sells healthy food. Gym near me sits above macdonalds lol. Maybe slight name change so you can draw in the public easier who want to eat healthy and arent necessarily gym goers.

This has always been a strong sporting area Socks but the Olympics the other year just pushed the fitness industry on in leaps and bounds everywhere not just East London, but of course the fact it was held in East London meant those who get given good advice by bright intelligent people tended to do ok out of it :D ........the shop could survive on the gym/boxing boys alone as a lot of the boxers will order 6 weeks of food before a fight and have them delivered fresh etc......its not cheap but it just takes all the complications out of pre fight diet and its one less thing to worry about....................but yes outside of gyms healthy eating has almost become " trendy " again with couples and families dining out and for that reason the restaurant is doing very well as the opening of the new ones indicates.

Good stuff ... I have noticed that the restaurants around here are trending more towards healthy eating with fresh produce being pushed ... It's about time healthy eating was better promoted ... Glad to hear the restaurants are doing well ........

I know I posted on another tread about dieting but cannot find it.

Anyway I was 15st 6lb on January 14th and now I'm down to 11st 3lb today.

Feeling fairly happy with it so far.

never been to a gym in my life. Or one for excerise either. Just eating healthy cut out all sugar and fats did it for me.

atb j.

By my calculations thats around 4lb per week lost without exercising :icon_eek: ......not healthy that.
I know I said I don't excerise but I'm a very active person. The one thing I do and enjoy is a lot of hill walking and shore walking.

been to the doc last week for a full check up on everything and got the results on Friday and everything is a 1oo pc.

was told I am extremely healthy.

I'm only 5ft 6in so don't need to carry that much weight.

four year's ago I was 19.8St. Big differances today lol.
