Yer he has, the sire was a Mike brown whippet 22tts and the mother was the saluki 27tts , he has the acceleration of a whipet staying power of a saluki and I don't know where he gets his drive from coz he is a if in doubt flat out type of dog I am really pleased with him

like that breeding, sounds like very good dogs as well, should be good pot fillers that breeding, and them m/b whippets have got some grit in them for little dogs

I think it's a good mix, that's a cracking lookin dog, both of the ones in this thrad look very whippety, I can't wait till next season for mine.

 

It dawned on me, if I said I had a whippet/greyhound no one would bat an eye lid, but whippet/saluki and you get a lot more thought.

Not 100% sure if I am totally honest I know the sire to the bitch was Kahn jihad but not sure of mothers side but I have seen the bitch work a few times and she is up there with the good ones, I am not saying she was a world beater but she does catch 60% of [BANNED TEXT] she ran

I had the father to whitefeets dog and Brookie of here bred the dam the pure went to 2 saluki bitches I got a dog here of first litter plenty go in him father was a strong whippet of Mike very game with a massive prey drive he put the drive into pups unfortunately he had to be pts due to bad injury but not before he d proved himself for 5 hard seasons night and day he wouldn't have been bred from otherwise atb taffey

I'd say that u were told spot on mate, the only thing I'd say is it looks a bit short in the back which could be whippet but then again it's only 5 months old, I'd be made up with how it's looking now if it was mine

Thanks white feet yeh I'm happy with her just hoped she would be abit taller all the bitch was 24 tts and the dog something like 26-27 and I no the lad owns a whippet I just rang him up tonight and asked him about it as I payed quite abit for the pup now he's telling me his pure whippet mounted his bitch but it's mounted 3 other bitches and not produced took the piss that he never let me no this befor I brought her the twat! But like I say happy with her anyway
