Red deer...

Is there anyone who took red deer with a lurcher/lurchers before the ban, never seen one personally but know that they are obviously massive. Do they compare to others like fallow or roe??? look forward to replies

i have never slipped my dog on one but have heard that they can tear your dog to peices.

Roe deers are smaller than red and i have had a few (pre ban)

good pic there mackem, and lurcher chavvy i took a few roe pre -ban aswell, but i was just wondering whether theyre like roe where basically once the deer is pulled its game over??

i have seen a copple taken by lurchers/ longdogs and had 2 with mylongdog a hind whe he was running it it triped up in a ditch and broke its leg and a small 4 pointer stag (preban ovecorse)

nah look at the size of them, roe deer are tiny compared to them, never had one so couldn't tell you if its game over once down
