Not a cage or aviary bird, so excuse me. This was a house martin juvenile that I was handed back in the floods of summer 2008 (i think). I kept him warm and dry and packed him with food. His training flights to build his muscles up were in my front room! he was released back exactly where he had been found laying in the road and near to death. I hope he lasted long enough to see Africa.
