i agree with jack why kc a pup and dock its tail for working ? for kc to be important you would have to be showing at a high level and i thought you couldnt show them with docked tails and if you were showing at a high level it wouldnt be worth working the dog incase the dog got damaged .... also would think if you got a pup 6-8 weeks old how it turned out to get on with kids etc would be all down to yourself .

Im not into the KC part seriously it was a standing joke with a mate ..BUT I will go to one of their shows one day with a registered hard working one .As for five other working lines ?? Dont know as I dont show or mix with KC people..Not many non KC regd working lines docking either ..Heard of two (big names) in the white lakie club of GB packing in white ones as they cant send their shite abroad when docked. No Ill still register them with the KC as it amuses me ..And its not for money either ,last litter I kept three back and gave one away .Odd ones I do sell are a lot less than most charge for non working scatterbred stuff.rgds don

I know of a litter near Newbury but i'm not sure if there are any left or not. The are all docked and from working lines not sure if they are KC registered or not but I think they are.

PM me if you are interested and I can find out if they are any left, the littler was bred by my dad's oh.

i wish i never mentioned wanting a kc reg'ed pup with a docked tail just wanted to make sure the pup we got would be 100% parson terrier as from past experience we got a jack russell pup a few yrs ago that turned out to look like a very fat sausage dog!!! so we want to make sure the dog we got was 100% what we want so thats why i thought it we be best if it was KC reg!!! obviuosly i was wrong.

so if any one has got a litter of 100% parson terrier with docked tails i would be interested in knowing more!!
