Did you believe the hare was injured? i was on land that i have permission from the farmer. i had just slipped her on a rabbit in a stubble field when she had gone around a bit of cover i lost sight of her by the time i had got around the corner the hare was up and running and she wasnt too far behind Quote Link to post
chartpolski 23,673
The Hunting Act makes it an offence to "INTENTIONALY" hunt a mammal with a dog. If you accidently and un intentionaly pursue and/or kill a mammal with a dog, you have comitted NO offence. Proving it was accidental might be more difficult, if you're caught bang to rights, though !!! Cheers. Quote Link to post

I'm assuming you tried to stop her once you realised, if so then you're innocent in my book Quote Link to post
