DIDO.1 22,637
What's the difference between indoor and outdoor squirrel bait? Quote Link to post
WhiteN 15
Outdoor bait is no longer available and any stock should be used by August 2015. To be honest I don't know the difference between the two??? As far as I m aware both same AI? Quote Link to post
DIDO.1 22,637
Yeah I couldn't see any difference. KG are out of indoor bait, waiting for an ingredient to be delivered apparently! so have they removed the licence for outdoor baiting permanently? Quote Link to post
WhiteN 15
Outdoor baiting for tree protection is being withdrawn, and as far as I'm aware no alternative is being produced. There's an article in Pest magazine but I have yet to read it fully. Quote Link to post
shropshire mole 190
It would appear it's the same bait for 2 different purposes? Tree protection which will stop soon and for use in lofts which can continue, but don't quote me. Quote Link to post
DIDO.1 22,637
Iv had 4 squirrel jobs come in this week. Iv been using bait just as a back up in lofts....KG have run out of indoor and are awaiting an ingredient so I asked about the difference with outdoor....only difference they could tell me was they can no longer sell outdoor lol Quote Link to post
Matt 160
It's to do with the Biocides Directive. Bait for domestic use is a biocide, bait for tree protection is a Plant Protection Product. The only difference between the two is the label. I imagine that sales of outdoor bait have slumped due to the massive increase in cost since we lost the liquid concentrate Come back CoPR, all is forgiven Quote Link to post
