gilster 54 Posted November 5, 2007 Report Share Posted November 5, 2007 putting this up for a mate . went out the other weekend ,3 of us i had my 13 month old bullx mate had litter sister and the other nate had the farther to the pups(buster)had a decent night apart from being pulled by the police on our way to farm ran our names and let us carry on .anyway ran a few rabbits and retrieved a fox was well happy with the pups retrieving .on way home decided to have a quick look on another farm had a quick lamp seen a fox slipped the dogs after shooting it ,fox wasnt dead buster chased it up the side of a dry stone wall up towards the road heard the dog thought he had caught it . ran up the hillside to were we seen him no sighn looked at the side of the van there was buster all smashed up been knocked over fecking gutted backend of dog was shatterd car didnt even stop .total silence in van all the way home give him a good check over back at mates house no chance of getting it sorted i felt terrible feck knows how the lad felt the best dog ive ever been lamping with thats why i had a pup off it very sad end to the night first time ive witnessed something like that and hope i never see owt like it again ( probably will especially with these types of dog ) rip buster gone but not forgotten busters last retrieved fox Quote Link to post
