desertbred 5,490
It's ok in small doses Just like Anything A nip of salt is ok Too much ruins the broth Wish Cameron and Co would listen DB Some good well bred genuine first crosses would give the lurcher gene pool and welcome boost. Loads of options going forward from that cross. How many genuine first crosses are there about ? No good first crosses out there at the minute as far as I know needs some new blood in the mix Quote Link to post
FUJI 17,328
Same old same old for me..will have a couple of six year olds and had I been still lamping them 4 nights plus per week they would be coming into their prime..every lamp dog I've owned have took their biggest tallys in their 6th & 7th year but alas they won't be doing that lol but I'm sure they will keep on doing a job for a while yet, another just turned 7 so another couple of year left in him then I have a couple of young uns and hopefully a pup out of Romeo all being well to fetch on over the summer..happy days lol 1 Quote Link to post

Cheers buddy shes 7 months now so the summer will allow plenty training with long days and nights great for walking through lambs etc and she should be jus at the right age for the silly bunnies at the start of the season for confidence Quote Link to post

It's from a bitch originally from London mate,Ditchy up here in Cumbria has her now just as a brood,i think shes 6 year old? he did tell me her breeding but I've forgot haha, all this Saluki hybrid blood has me confused which to be fair don't take a lot lol,I know she had a big reputation she's a white & brindle bitch, her dams a greyhound but this bitch could stay all day so I was told with 5 minute plus runs not an issue? Anyways if the breeding comes off I will give one a go and see what we can do with one? I've heard good things about Romeo so I'm looking forward to getting one of his pups.. Quote Link to post
