Another Reason Why The Rabbits Are None.

Yes Dan correct all covered by citizens arrest powers which a keeper would be acting under, the same as a store detective/security guard, a keeper has the same powers of arrest as a normal first class citizen, not those of a police officer, so going back to my earlier statement, a keeper is first and foremost required to escort/ask to leave any persons poaching, unless they were going to assault him, what right minded person would not leave at the keepers request? In doing so the keepers CIVIL powers of arrest are negated, it would not even be "technically" lawful to affect an arrest under those circumstances.

So to be clear a keeper has the right to arrest and detain a suspect

Yes under certain very limited circumstances, I would love to come out with you one night and apprehend some poachers and threaten them with transportation for seven years :D brilliant.

"Make him sound bad" So basically fit him up ffs. If its not going your way, lie. Showing your true colours...   If you want to sort out the poaching coco, get up there a bit more regular. Knock up

The lack of rabbits is nothing to do with you and your night vision then lol.....

Just a question, followed by a word of caution, what are you going to do if you catch/confront him? Dont forget you will be remonstrating with a man with a firearm possibly, who you (I assume) dont k
